Q: How do I download a TRANSOM Report?

A: There are 3 easy steps.

  1. Log into this site with your username/e-mail address and password.
  2. On the menu bar, where it says “View Reports”, click on it. This will take you to our “View Reports” page.
  3. On the “View Reports” page, you will find a list of all of the assessment reports available to you. Under the “Report column” are the titles of your reports that should be displayed as a download link. Locate the report you want and click on the title of the report. You will then be directed to a page where you can download the report.

Q: How do I view a TRANSOM Report?

A: For students, the reports are Adobe Reader (formerly Acrobat Reader) files. You must have the Adobe Reader plugin installed on your computer to view the report. The Adobe Reader plugin is free and available for download by clicking here and following the download instructions.

For faculty and test sponsors, the reports are web browser-embedded workbooks that are composed of tables and charts that you can view, export as a PNG image file, export to a CSV file or print to a PDF file.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Your password will need to be reset. There are 3 easy steps.

  1. Click on the “Login” link in the menu bar above.
  2. Click on the “reset my password” link. This will take you to a new page prompting you to enter your e-mail address that is associated with your account.
  3. After entering in your e-mail address and clicking the “reset my password” button, your new password will be sent to your specified e-mail account.

Once logged in, you can change your password to something that's easier for you to remember by accessing your “My Profile” page and clicking on the “Change Password” button and following the onscreen instructions.
